The seat is fully assembled, ready to be bolted to the base after delivery with the bolts included. Bolts for attaching the base to the surface are not included.
The bench can be bolted to the surface with M12 bolts (not included) or ground-mounted 40 cm beneath the surface in cast-concrete. Each M12 bolt requires a bolthole Ø of 13 mm.
Scratches can be repainted with alkyd oil enamel or with water-based outdoor paint such as Beckers, Jotun, or Aqua 40 by Teknos. For best results, prime scratches before repainting and apply the original NSC/RAL colour with a gloss factor of 30.
The wooded parts should be oiled regularly. Sioo oak is treated with Sioo Wood Protection and Sioo Weather Protection and should be retreated with SIoo Weather Protection one year after installation. The Sioo treatment then lasts for 8-10 years at which point the treatment should be repeated.

Stockholm based Broberg & Ridderstråle Design & Architecture is founded and run by Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle. The duo met at the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design (Konstfack) where they both studied furniture and interior design. Today they work within the fields of architecture and design. Their design method is based on the traditional craft, where they often gather inspiration from their daily lives only to then add a new twist to the design that lifts the product to a new level. Broberg & Ridderstråle have throughout the years designed numerous products and furniture series for Nola.
