The Kebne outdoor gym consists of five free-standing fitness units for strength training and stretching. The fitness units are designed for exercises that use the individual’s own body weight as a counterweight for resistance training.
Fitness Unit 2 is designed primarily for back and bicep training. The height of the side bar is optimised for beginners, making it easier to perform simpler variations of push-ups and exercises that strengthen the biceps and the back.
Kebne is developed in accordance with standard EN 16630 and meets its requirements for strength, calculated by independent party Structural Engineering AB with FEM-Design 3D Structure.
In order for Kebne outdoor gym to be approved in an inspection according to standard SS:EN 16630, there must be a Kebne sign in connection with the facility. This applies whether you order individual unites or a complete outdoor gym.
