Harad's sun deck, with its generous seating area and wide timber surfaces, is an attractive complement to urban spaces. The sun deck is crafted from Sioo-treated pine, which ages over time to turn a subtle grey colour. The sun deck is part of the Harads furniture series and has been certified by SundaHus environmental assessments.

The bench, tabletop, sun deck and box are delivered assembled, ready for the legs to be attached on site.
Installed freestanding on the surface with legs fitted into extended base plates. If installing the product on uneven ground cast a concrete base foundation for best results.
Scratches can be repainted with alkyd oil enamel. One Sioo:x Premium Surface Protection treatment of the wood is required after 12 months. From then on, the product is maintenance-free for a further ten years.

Johan is part of the designer duo Kauppi & Kauppi, with roots in the very north and south of Sweden. The design studio approaches design in all scales, from spatial projects to tactile objects in the hand's scale. Kauppi & Kauppi has received several honorable design awards such as Swedish Design Awards, Archiproduct Design Awards, Muuuz International Design Awards, iF Design Award and a handful of German Design Awards, to mention some of the studio´s highlights.
