As part of an initiative to refurbish city streets and squares, the City of Stockholm acquired a number of Marte planters for use on Drottninggatan, a long pedestrian thoroughfare in the centre of Stockholm. Weighing in at around 3 tonnes, Marte can create an immovable barrier block traffic and direct the flow of pedestrians along the street. As they do so, the planters bring more plant-life to the city centre, and enhance the surrounding classical facades with their elegant silhouettes.
Marte was designed by Italian brand Bellitalia. One of the largest public space planters available today, the product is made of marble. Elegant and robust, can contain small trees, shrubbery or be integrated into a park landscape.
Marte is distributed in Sweden exclusively by Nola.

Two of the six public tenders for the renovation projects at Stockholm’s historic Skogskyrkogården cemetery have been awarded to Nola. We will provide a range of outdoor products sympathetic to the site and respectful of the visitors’ needs.

The Norwegian Association of Landscape Architects awarded their 2018 annual landscaping prize to Asplan Viak AS for projects completed in Oslo’s Grünerløkka and St. Hanshaugen neighbourhoods.
