As we join the other Swedish designers and manufacturers featured in the ‘Stories of Home’ theme curated by Joyn Studio, we’ll present a range of new products. We’ll present new Cacti designs by Anki Gneib and Gro planters designed by Mia Cullin. The Cacti planters are crafted with organic shapes and proportions inspired by Mexican cacti, inspired by artist Frida Kahlo who planted rows of cacti to create barriers in her Mexican garden. Likewise, the Cacti products can form flexible and stylish room dividers that separate spaces or just bring nature indoors. The Gro planters are decorative designs that bring contemporary accents to any terrace or indoor setting. Gro is accompanied by a portable trellis that provides support for vines and other clinging plants. Like Cacti, the Gro planters and trellises can also provide attractive space dividers.
Swedish Design Moves Milan is sponsored by public sector organisations such as Visit Sweden, the Association of Swedish Fashion Brands, Svensk Form, TMF and Sveriges Arkitekter, together with several privately-held Swedish companies. They’re working together to strengthen Sweden’s profile as a design-driven nation with a goal to increase international interest in Swedish design, fashion and architecture.
Two of the six public tenders for the renovation projects at Stockholm’s historic Skogskyrkogården cemetery have been awarded to Nola. We will provide a range of outdoor products sympathetic to the site and respectful of the visitors’ needs.
Holma square located in the inner city of Malmö has been nominated to Skåne's architectural price of 2018. Nola's back bench Plymå is a part of the design.

The Norwegian Association of Landscape Architects awarded their 2018 annual landscaping prize to Asplan Viak AS for projects completed in Oslo’s Grünerløkka and St. Hanshaugen neighbourhoods.
The City of Stockholm bought a number of planters from Nola to install on city streets. Replacing traffic barriers with planters in an excellent way to bring more greenery to the city centre.
