Kebne offers a full-body workout using just your body weight for resistance. You can also add a resistance band to increase difficulty or assist with certain movements.

  • Modules 1 & 2: Perfect for working your back and biceps with exercises like pull-ups, chin-ups, inverted rows, or elevated push-ups.
  • Modules 3 & 4: Ideal for targeting your chest, triceps, legs, and lower back with dips, leg raises, and Nordic curls.
  • Module 5: Focus on your legs and core with squat variations and sit-ups.

Kebne outdoor gym consists of five separate modules for strength training and stretching, where the practitioner uses their own body weight as resistance. The vision is that Kebne will help create inviting, intuitive, and social gathering places for all people, regardless of their age, physique, and training ambitions.

Kebne's five modules can be used for a wide variety of exercises for all training levels. The modules do not include any moving parts and therefore have no predetermined exercises. This opens up more possibilities for exercises on each individual module.

With the Kebne outdoor gym, a social gathering place is also created, as its wooden deck is at standard seating height.
