Project: Riddarholmen, Stockholm
Developer: the Swedish National Property Board
Landscape architects: Andersson Jönsson
Year of completion: 2017
Nola was commissioned to create all the seating furniture for the restoration of the Riddarholmen quays, born from a collaboration between landscape architects Andersson & Jönsson and the Swedish National Property Board. A unique project with a touch of history. The furniture has been produced using fine oak from Visingsö – once planted for use in shipbuilding. Riddarholmen is now part of the regular range, and is a bench with a generously proportioned seating area.
