As architects White Design and landscape designer Paula Mackenzie redeveloped the historic city square in Kungsbacka on Sweden’s west coast, they transformed it into a award-winning contemporary landscape. Nominated for the Siena Prize in 2012, the square includes our custom-made Church benches designed to commemorate a historic church that once stood on the site. The Church benches are produced by Nola today in a range of heights that can be combined to create unique seating arrangements. The square also includes Kajen benches designed by Thomas Bernstrand for Nola.
