Ljusbox Bench

Inspired by a photographic light box, this simple seat is made with an integrated light source. The bench is made from gel-coated fibre-glass plastic that makes the surface soft to the touch. Low-energy LED bulbs emit very little heat, making them safe, energy-efficient alternatives to conventional outdoor lighting. In the dark, the bench illuminates like a lantern to cast light on its surroundings. The bench’s contemporary shape enables it to blend in with other furniture and suit a wide variety of indoor and outdoor settings.
